US: BH Investment Group, in partnership with Andres Hogg and Eduardo Vargas, has announced One Eleven Wynwood Hotel by Sonder, scheduled for completion by summer 2021.
The property is located at 111 NW 26th Street in Wynwood – a five-storey, new construction development that will break ground early 2020.
It will comprise 72 rooms with kitchenettes to be operated by Sonder, a 6,000 square-foot rooftop pool and dining area, and over 6,000 square-feet of ground-floor retail space.
DSS Construction, who managed the Yotel Pad and Four Seasons Surfside, will lead the project, designed by Swiss-based RDR architects in conjunction with local architect, Alain Bartroli Architecture.

The partnership is also committed to donating 72 transitional homes for people living in extreme poverty through the Home4Home programme. Klein, along with Techo (a 20-year old Latin American NPO) founded Home4Home, whereby developers can donate a home for each one they build.
