US: ALICE – a hotel operations platform – has announced it will expand its business with Nordic Choice Hotels to 130 properties.
ALICE will become the brand standard operations tool for four Nordic Choice brands: Comfort Hotel, Quality Hotel, Clarion Hotel, and Clarion Collection.
Features include the ALICE Suite, which comprises an in-app chat using ALICE’s API, two-way communication for room status updates, vibrating alerts, and conversation assignment, as well as software for service delivery, maintenance, and concierge and guest services.
The new ALICE Housekeeping will also help to unify guest and staff communication over one platform, whereby Nordic Choice will become the largest enterprise to use this platform.
