Alliants appoints VP sales enablement and operations

US: Customer experience technology platform Alliants has appointed Gareth Fraser as vice president of sales enablement and operations.

Working out of Florida, Fraser’s appointment comes as Alliants ramps up its activity and presence within the North American market. Clients in the Florida area include Four Seasons, Loews Portofino Bay Hotel and the Hard Rock Hotel. 

Fraser previously held C-level positions with global companies including BirchStreet Systems, Cargill, and News Corp.

Fraser said: “Alliants is widely known for its messaging and concierge SaaS products, in particular, the Alliants Experience Platform (AXP), favoured by hundreds of the most respected hospitality brands, including Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Jumeirah and Nobu Hospitality. So, the hospitality world knows Alliants, but not necessarily in the US, and I’m here to remedy that.

AXP is an all-in-one SaaS product that manages both internal and external communications and workflows.
