France: Beaumier Hotels has picked Cendyn’s CRM (customer relationship management) to power its European luxury hotels.

Beaumier Hotels was seeking a tech partner to create a guest intelligence and marketing automation solution that would personalise marketing for hotel guests.

Cendyn’s CRM program will give Beaumier Hotels insights into each guest’s preferences such as their interests, historical spending, and behaviours. The platform can create a guest profile that collects and organises this data.

Marc Charlot, director of sales and marketing at Beaumier, said: “With our current hotels and plans for future expansion, we knew we needed a CRM that would work across the entire portfolio, continue to scale as we grow, and allow us to craft even more one-of-a-kind experiences that immerse guests in the essence of each destination. We’re thrilled to work with Cendyn to further personalise our offerings and connect with our guests on a deeper, more impactful level.”

John Seaton, chief revenue officer at Cendyn, said: “Cendyn is excited to work with Beaumier as they embark on the next evolution of their brand. With a new age of digital transformation on the horizon for our industry, hotels and resorts must take the time to leverage the data they have and use it effectively to tailor guest experiences.

“With access to Cendyn’s CRM, Beaumier has the tools they need to elevate and personalise every guest experience and continue driving demand as they expand to additional locations.”

Cendyn serves thousands of customers across 143 countries with its integrated technology platform. The company has offices in the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Singapore, Bangkok, and India.

In addition to the three recently acquired hotels in Switzerland’s Alpine region of Wengen, Beaumier operates eight hotels in France: Hotel Le Val Thorens, Hotel Le Fitzroy, Hotel des 3 Vallées, Hotel L’Alpaga, Hotel Les Roches Rouges, Le Moulin, Le Galinier, and Le Capelongue.
