UK: Beekeeper, a communication platform for non-desk workforces, has won the award for its work with Exclusive Collection.
The award recognises individuals that has made an impact to businesses within the last 12 months. It covers everything from loyalty and data management tools, to communication and marketing.
Beekeeper won the award for their project which connected, informed, and enhanced engagement amongst Exclusive Collection’s multi-site, non-desk based 1,200 strong workforce.
Dr. Christian Grossmann, CEO at Beekeeper, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have won the Hotel Catey for our work with Exclusive Collection. This type of organisation is exactly where our idea for the platform came from. Hotel teams are notoriously difficult to communicate across, which often leads to operational challenges for the business”.
Chris Tod, group learning and development manager at Exclusive Collection, added: “For me, Beekeeper has been one of the single biggest changes we’ve made to the way we work in the past 10 years. It has revolutionised the way we communicate as a business and has enabled us to create a real community. I couldn’t imagine working without it. To win this award recognising the work we put into improving our employee engagements just tops off a great project”.
Since implementing Beekeeper, over 90 per cent of the team at Exclusive has used the tool to showcase the company’s core values, share ideas and best practices, and communicate operational information efficiently.
Managers also use the platform to send rotas, shift schedules, and inform employees about policies and procedures that hey need to perform duties.
The Hotel Cateys awards ceremony was created to reward individuals and teams that deliver exceptional guest experience, and has been a tradition within the industry for the last 12 years.
