Through the partnership, Cendyn customers can now gain full access to SiteMinder’s revenue platform, which provides the ability to manage rate plans and inventory.
Additionally, customers will be able to access all distribution channels under SiteMinder to gain a dynamic mix of revenue streams and increase speed-to-market.
For SiteMinder’s hotel customers, performance data insights will be supported by Cendyn covering revenue, eCommerce, distribution, and marketing and sales analytics.

Cendyn and SiteMinder first partnered in 2018 with the launch of SiteMinder Exchange, which enabled hotel data to be transferred between property management systems and hotel applications such as Cendyn’s customer relationship management (CRM). SiteMinder Exchange led to the launch of SiteMinder’s Hotel App Store marketplace in 2019.
