Worldwide: Cendyn, a CRM, marketing and revenue platform, has been recognised in a study of over 25,000 hotels as one of the top five innovators in hospitality technology.
A recent study by h2c evaluated the state of technology across automatic personalisation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. 86 hotel chains were surveyed worldwide, representing tens of thousands of hotels in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas.
Hoteliers provided information on their current tech stack. Findings revealed that AI marketing is supported by 75 per cent of hotel chain’s top executives, though only 36 per cent deploy automated personalised strategies.
Among the top technology providers that hoteliers ranked as most innovative included Cendyn.
Tim Sullivan, CEO and president at Cendyn, said: “At a time when hoteliers are being forced to do more with less and consumer expectations are at an all-time high, automated personalisation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning can help drive automation and personalisation, leading to loyalty and profitable revenue growth.
“We’re thrilled that hoteliers from across the globe have identified us as a top innovator for the industry,” he continued. “Hotels are looking for strategic technology partners who can provide them with the scale, reach, and stability to drive efficiencies and performance as the industry returns to recovery and growth. Cendyn is that partner.”
