Europe: The two-year partnership will see Cvent provide its technology solutions to more than 75 events organised by the HSMAI Region Europe.
The Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International will utilise Cvent’s technology platform including:
- OnArrival – HSMAI Europe event organisers will use this function to check-in attendees, streamline onsite registration, print name badges on-demand, and make payments through manned or self-service kiosks.
- Social Tables – Event organisers will leverage to-scale diagramming software with visual seating solutions for real-time collaboration between planners, vendors, and event staff.
- Cvent Appointments – Event attendees can pre-book meetings with customers, prospective clients, and fellow members before attending.
Cvent will also work closely with HSMAI to deliver unique content and share industry insights to almost 3,000 European members.
Levering insights on global sourcing trends from the Cvent Supplier Network – an online marketplace connecting event organisers with venues – as well as additional proprietary data gathered through Cvent’s suite of supplier and venue solutions, HSMAI will offer its members a look into trends that are impacting the hospitality space.
