D&D London partners with SevenRooms

UK: D&D London, a collection of restaurants, bars and hotels, has partnered with SevenRooms, a data-driven operations and marketing platform.

The platform has been implemented across 43 properties of D&D’s portfolio, including South Place Hotel, Chelsea’s Bluebird, and Coq d’Argent.

Users of the platform will be able to utilise guest data to improve the guest journey, allowing for a better understanding of a guest’s wants and needs when dining out. SevenRooms is the only system that allows operators to collect, manage and own guest data directly, enabling D&D London to personalise experiences.

Features of SevenRooms’ software includes:

  • Reservation and seating management.
  • Integrations across POS.
  • PMS.
  • Payment processors and booking channels.
  • Profiles for guests to build themselves with customisable, automated tags.
  • Tools to create experiences and upgrades.
