UK: Global bathroom manufacturer Roca has completed work on 42 bathrooms at Dunkeld House Hotel, which has recently reopened for business.

Dunkeld House Hotel is located in the Perthshire countryside in Scotland. It sits on 280 acres of gardens and woodland overlooking the River Tay.

During lockdown, the hotel underwent a refurbishment of its bathrooms, including 40 standard en-suites and two luxury suites.

Bathrooms feature a vanity unit and washbasin from The New Classic Range by Laufen, in collaboration with designer Marcel Wanders. The set is complete with Laufen’s Val basin mixer.

In the en-suite rooms Roca supplied its rectangular steel Carla baths, with anti-slip base and maxiflow bath filler, as well as two freestanding baths from its luxury collection in the two suites. The company’s Victoria T (T-500) shower valve with rainsense shower head, hose and Stella handset is fitted in the showers.

The WC’s come from Roca’s The Gap range, designed by ceramic designer Antonio Bullo.

Deborah Wadd, specification manager for Roca, said: “The Roca and Laufen products look simply stunning in this beautiful hotel. We are delighted to have been chosen for this project and feel that the Roca Group’s heritage of iconic design and timeless innovation make it an ideal fit for this superb Scottish hotel.”

Gary McDonald, general manager of the Dunkeld House Hotel, added: “We are thrilled to be welcoming guests back to the hotel and know they will be suitably impressed with our stunning refurbishment, including the fabulous new bathrooms, which reflect the luxury experience that we are renowned for.”
