Worldwide: Digital ordering platform IRIS has partnered with commerce company FreedomPay to improve the checkout experience for hospitality operators and guests.
FreedomPay’s solutions across payments, security, identity, and data analytics. Its services are supported by API adoption and the group’s commerce platform operates on a single, unified technology stack.
IRIS provides F&B ordering, guest directory and concierge solutions for hotels. The company works with notable chains including Marriott, Hilton, Mandarin Oriental, IHG and Four Seasons.
The partnership with FreedomPay will provide guests and hotels using the IRIS hospitality platform a speedy and safe checkout experience. FreedomPay’s commerce platform will also enhance the level of customisation and personalisation experienced by IRIS users.
