Scotland: Kimpton Blythswood Square and Kimpton Charlotte Square have partnered with La Rue Verte to supply its CBD drink Santé in the hotel’s bars.
La Rue Verte is a luxury CBD skincare brand. Products are hemp-based, with over 99 per cent CBD purity. CBD enhances the body’s endocannabinoid system, which is responsible for regulating functions such as sleep, appetite, pain and stress to maintain homeostasis.
Santé, a new CBD drink from La Rue Verte, comprises a water soluble CBD formation for hot and cold drinks. It has been designed to not alter the flavour of the drink.
Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel in Glasgow and Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel in Edinburgh will supply the drink in its bars. As an example of how Santé can be used within cocktails, La Rue Verte has compiled a menu here.
La Rue Verte’s full range consists of eight products: a serum, a creme, a lotion, body balm, body oil, tincture oil, a bath bomb and now the drink.
Founder Emma O’Neil, together with The Academy, has launched a CIBTAC (Confederation of International Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology) accredited CBD facial and and massage courses, available online.
Other hotels in the UK are incorporating CBD treatments, such as Rudding Park Spa.
