Spain: Music-inspired hotel brand UMusic Hotels has partnered with customer data and relationship management platform PUSHTech.
PUSHTech is a cloud-based customer data and relationship management platform providing integrations with email marketing, marketing automation, hotel CRM, guest journey automation, and sales CRM.
The platform has over 200 integrations including property management systems, booking engines, online reputation monitors, loyalty programs, mobile apps, WIFI portals, pre-check-in systems, digital check-in, and more.
UMusic Hotels will now be able to use PUSHTech’s solutions to increase direct bookings and build strong customer profiles.

UMusic Hotels is a joint venture between Universal Music Group and Dakia U-Ventures. There is currently one hotel open in Madrid (Spain) with plans to expand the hotel collection globally.
PUSHTech serves over 1,500 hotel customers including World of Hyatt, Insotel Hotel Group, HD Hotels, and more. The company is headquartered in Barcelona, Spain.
