UK: Hotel Force, a volunteer mentoring programme, is led by industry experts and provides free advice to independent hotels and B&Bs to support recovery.

The programme will run for one month, beginning Monday 1 June to 30 June 2020.

Each mentor will donate a minimum of four hours of their time to advise one of more hoteliers on a particular subject. These include:

  • Data analytics and business intelligence
  • Guest experience, contactless and upselling
  • Marketing and communication
  • Online distribution and direct bookings
  • Revenue and pricing

Hoteliers can register here by selecting the area where support is most needed. They will then be signed to the relevant mentor, and a session will be scheduled.

Gianfranco Morbini, founder of Hotel Force, said: “At Hotel Force, we believe that through individual mentoring we can address the support hoteliers need right now. We’ve created this volunteering mentoring programme so hotels and B&Bs can benefit from tailored orientation that industry’s experts are willing to give.”
