The Serviced Apartment Awards are the first and only dedicated awards created for and by the international serviced apartment, aparthotel, and extended stay industry.

Now in its 11th year, the 2026 awards take are taking place on 14 May at the dazzling The Sheraton Grand London Park Lane.

The awards are open to all serviced apartment operators, owners, providers and suppliers worldwide, and will recognise excellence at corporate and individual levels.
