Oman: Dar Global has launched Azure Oceanfront Villas, a new branded residential development with interiors by FENDI Casa, at the AIDA development in Muscat.
The project is made up of 19 luxury villas with views of the Gulf of Oman. Located within the gated AIDA community, the homes offer direct beach access and are set on a 130-metre-high clifftop overlooking the coastline.
Private swimming pools and gyms and large living spaces will be offered in each villa. The interiors have been designed by FENDI Casa, which is the first time that the luxury design brand has collaborated on a residential project with Dar Global.
Ziad El Chaar, chief executive officer of Dar Global, said: “Our partnership with FENDI Casa brings world-renowned Italian design to this vision, elevating the standard of upscale living in Muscat.”
The villas are aimed at international buyers seeking branded luxury homes within a mixed-use resort community in Muscat.
AIDA is a mixed-use development covering more than 4.3 million square metres and will include hotels, residential properties, an 18-hole golf course and a private members’ club.
