Charles Seifert is a chartered surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in property management and professional services, and regularly acts as an expert witness in service charge and property management disputes. He was chair of the RICS Mixed Use Working Party which wrote the first guide to managing mixed-use property, and he regularly writes articles for property journals. For the past three years he has spent much of his time advising clients in relation to the Building Safety Act 2022 and supporting them in their journeys towards compliance with the Act.
