Cristina de Oliveira-Frewen is Chief Operating Officer, Franchise Operations Europe & North Africa (excluding France), Premium, Midscale & Economy. A respected hospitality leader with more than 25 years of industry experience, Cristina de Oliveira-Frewen has built her career across the Accor network, progressing from front-line hotel operations and general management to leading one of the Group's largest and most diverse franchise regions. Today, she oversees Franchise Operations across Europe & North Africa (excluding France). She also provides executive leadership for Food & Beverage & Entertainment, Safety & Security, and Sustainability across Accor's managed and franchise network, spanning nearly 2,800 hotels in 48 countries. Working closely with owners and partners, she drives performance, operational excellence and sustainable growth across the region. Recognised for her operational expertise and transformational leadership, Cristina is passionate about strengthening owner partnerships, pioneering new ways of working and embedding sustainability into the way Accor's hotels operate and grow across Europe and North Africa.
