US: New England-based Lark Hotels is set to renovate, open and manage 76 Main, in Nantucket.
The design-oriented 20-room boutique hotel, off the coast of Cape Cod, is owned by Bruce Percelay, founder of the Boston-based Mount Vernon Co. real estate firm.
It is set to open on June 7 and will be the only hotel located directly on Main Street in Nantucket town. Guestrooms and suites will be situated within the Main House and Guest House, which are connected by a landscaped courtyard with a fire pit.
Rooms and common areas will feature designs by Boston-based Rachel Reider Interiors.
