US: Seasoned hotelier Jana Bissonnette is making her return to the Kennebunkport Resort Collection in Kennebunkport, Maine, in the role of general manager.
In her role, she will be tasked with managing four of the collection’s luxury resorts, including Hidden Pond, Tides Beach Club, Cape Arundel Inn & Resort, and Goose Rocks Beach House.
Bissonnette began her journey with the Kennebunkport Resort Collection in 2014, when she spearheaded Cape Arundel Inn & Resort’s food and beverage department before being promoted to general manager in 2016 – a title she held for four years. Under her direction, Ocean Restaurant was ranked #1 by TripAdvisor in Kennebunkport and was recognised for her leadership accomplishments.
Since departing, Bissonnette went on to take up the opening general manager position at The Claremont Hotel in Southwest Harbor, Maine, and most recently served as GM of the Chanler At Cliff Walk in Newport, Rhode Island. She has also previously worked as the assistant maitre d’ of The White Barn Inn and restaurant manager for The Breakwater Inn and Stripers Restaurant in Kennebunkport.
