Caribbean: Aman has revealed its latest resort Amantaru, its fourth destination in the Caribbean, located in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico.
Amantaru is being developed by Three Rules Capital in partnership with Reuben Brothers. The resort sits on a hillside within Esencia – a luxury residential and hospitality mega development.
Designed by Marwan Al-Sayed of MASASTUDIO, Amantaru will feature three-to-eight bedroom branded residences alongside resort accommodation. Amenities will include a spa and wellness centre, beach club, racquet sports, and a range of dining venues.
Guests of Amantaru will also receive access to Esencia’s two championship golf courses and a range of land and water sports.
“We are looking forward to expanding our Caribbean presence with a destination that embodies Aman’s core values of seclusion, serenity and sensitive integration with the environment,” said Vlad Doronin, chairman and CEO of Aman Group. “The success of our existing and renowned properties in the region has proven that there is a growing demand for a new level of exclusivity and I’m excited to bring the coveted Aman lifestyle to Puerto Rico for the first time through our exclusive collection of branded residences alongside a resort.”
