UAE: The Lux Collective (Lux) and QUBE Development (QUBE) have partnered to debut the LUX* branded residences in the Middle East.
Lux and QUBE claim the project, which will be the first LUX* branded residences in the Middle East, will “redefine” luxury living in Dubai. It is set to be completed in 2028.

Dubai recorded 5,582 branded residence sales in H1 2024. In the same period, Dubai also recorded a transaction value of AED 28.8 billion, accounting for 7.2 per cent of all property transactions by volume and 12.6 per cent by value.
