US: Global entertainment brand Palm Tree Crew will enter the branded residence sector with a 480-unit property in Miami.
The 37-storey tower, located in downtown Miami’s Park West neighbourhood, will be developed by PMG, Lion Development Group, Sterling Equities and Eden Residential. Architecture and design will be led by Kobi Karp.
Set for delivery in 2030, Palm Tree Residences will feature 480 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom configurations. Amenities will include a rooftop infinity pool, outdoor double panel courts, a fitness centre with a climbing wall, a thermal circuit wellness spa, and more.
Owners will gain access to Palm Tree’s broader events including priority access to festivals, private parties, live performances, and wellness experiences.

Sales are expected to begin in early June ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup matches in Miami.
