US: UMusic Hospitality & Lifestyle, developed in partnership with Universal Music Group, will open its first hotel with residences in Austin.
The five-star UMusic Hotel & Private Residences Austin will feature 150 guest rooms and 600 private residences.
The hotel will be operated by UMusic Hospitality & Lifestyle, while White Rocks is the owner and developer of the property.
Designed specifically for Austin, the development will also feature an open-air White Rocks Amphitheater, professional recording and content studios, a nightclub, comedy club, restaurant and bar, and a spa and wellness centre.
Owners of the residences will have access to a private pool and fitness facilities, underground parking, communal ares, as well as the hotel’s entertainment amenities.
More than 70 per cent of the 71-acre site will also remain green open space, while a closed-loop hot and cold water plant will help the project meet the city’s 100 per cent water reuse goal.
