UAE: 25hours Hotel One Central has opened in Dubai, marking the first hotel outside of Europe for the group.

The property features 434 rooms and suites, including Bedouin, Glamping and Farmstay room types, as well as Artist Village suites. The Hakawati suite comes with a double bathtub, triple king size bed, a 10-seat dining table, two bars, a DJ corner, dance floor, and fireplace. The room connects with two additional bedrooms through a secret staircase.

On the first floor of the hotel in the “Analogue Circus” there’s over 500 vinyls and a walkman station, in partnership with Supersense. Guests can opt for an “Analogue Upgrade” where VHS, vinyls, typewriters and polaroids can be delivered to rooms.

Several dining and drinking outlines include the Nomad Day Bar in partnership with Nightjar Coffee Roasters, Tandoor Tina restaurant, rooftop Monkey Bar, and soon-to-open Ernst Biergarten & Wirtshaus.

Other facilities include a coworking space, meeting and event rooms, open pantry and coffee bar, as well as a pottery studio, games room, podcast studio, library, hair salon and spa.

25hours co-founder, Christoph Hoffman, said: “25hours Hotel One Central is the most exotic 25hours project I have experienced so far. From the beginning of this adventure our aim was to create a new Dubai experience of hospitality. Actually we want it to become the living room, the party cellar, the speakeasy, the romantic hideaway for lovers as well as the place for relaxed and creative business meetings, inspirational various spaces, a fun rooftop for visionary thoughts and views. A new home and playground for the local community and of course travellers from all over the world.”

For local transport, complimentary Schindelhauer bikes are available from the lobby, and the hotel’s partnership with MINI allows for a free test drive of the vehicle.
