UK: Plans to convert a kitchen showroom on Jamaica Street into a boutique hotel have been revealed.
The proposals from Liverpool-based property developer Living Brick also include a café, restaurant and a multi-storey roof extension.
To be called the Baltic Hotel, the developer says the project will provide a “much needed hotel for the Baltic Triangle”.
Currently occupied by Baltic Kitchens & Bedrooms, 16 Jamaica Street is situated across the road from the Artesian building.
