Spain: The 41-room luxury Castell Son Claret hotel in Mallorca has announced the addition of four suites and updated dining offerings, made available this summer 2021.
Set upon 326-acres of country estate, Castell Son Claret is located at the foot of the UNESCO La Tramuntana mountains.
The four new Garden Suites will feature floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the mountain range. Interior design takes inspiration from the 50s and 60s, and each suite will measure 75 square metres.
To complement this, the hotel has also introduced a Garden Service concept. Guests will be able to order food and drinks from their room service menu to be delivered within the grounds and gardens.
Joining the hotel’s main restaurant Olivera is Sa Clastra, an al fresco fine dining experience open five nights a week. Led by chef Jordi Cantó, it will offer two tasting menus that will change seasonally and dependent on what is available locally. The new restaurant will be located in the large central patio at Castell Son Claret.
To extend booking possibilities, the hotel has extended the season until the end of November 2021.
Other amenities at Castell Son Claret include a bar and a spa, with ingredients for cocktails and treatments supplied by Castell’s gardens.
