UK: The Destination by Hyatt brand has arrived in the UK with the addition of SCHLOSS Roxburghe, a five-star hotel in Kelso, Scotland.
SCHLOSS Roxburghe is a historic estate which has recently gone through a transformation. Formerly owned by the Duke of Roxburghe, the completed hotel now offers a total of 78 rooms and suites as well as 12 two-bedroom cottages, 20 guestrooms and suites within the historic manor house and 58 guestrooms within The Estate House.
The hotel is set to introduce 50 additional cottages which will be available to guests starting in 2023.
Also included in the renovation plans was a SCHLOSS Spa. It offers an outdoor heated infinity pool complete with underwater sound system, a plunge pool and hot tub, a relaxation lounge, three treatment rooms, a fitness suite, Finnish dry sauna and a glass-fronted aromatic sauna.
Jörg Lindner, founder and managing partner at 12.18.
