Elkonin Tel Aviv joins MGallery Hotel Collection

Elkonin Tel Aviv MGallery

Israel: Elkonin Tel Aviv has been reimagined as a 44-room boutique hotel and joins the MGallery Hotel Collection.

Elkonin Tel Aviv is located in the Neve Tzedek neighbourhood of the city in an early 20th Century building. The hotel was originally constructed by Malka and Menachem Elkonin, with its current owner Dominique Romano having acquired the property in 2004 after it lay dormant for several years.

Architecture studio Bar Orian and interior designers ICONIQUE led the restoration and renovation of the property. Its 44 rooms, including two suites, feature bespoke furniture and bathrooms stocked with Clarins amenities.

The Clarins SPA offers five treatment rooms, a relaxation room and a Turkish-style hammam. Up on the rooftop there’s a swimming pool and a rooftop bar.

On the ground floor, restaurant L’Epoque by Robuchon International serves French haute cuisine with Middle Eastern influences. It marks one of the first hotel partnerships with the Robuchon group and features seating for 70 guests, a private dining space for 20 people and a bar lounge.

Other amenities include a fitness centre, meetings and event space, and an outdoor terrace.

Following a soft launch in February 2023, Elkonin Tel Aviv has officially opened and joins the MGallery Hotel Collection, part of Accor. The collection includes 107 hotels in 31 countries.
