US: Luxury hotel group ette hotel is set to open its first property in Orlando, Florida next month in May 2022.
Founded by Alex Ekbatani, ette aims to redefine the luxury hospitality space. The first location, a 126-room hotel, will be close to Orlando’s theme parks.
The debut property offers a variety of room types, from a king suite to a wellness suite which comes with a Peloton bike and Technogym weights. Each rooms is supplied with Le Labo and Salt & Stone products encased in a custom lacquer box.
In partnership with Michelin star chef Akira Back, ette hotel will feature three F&B venues. The main floor restaurant, Salt & The Cellar, will serve Mediterranean cuisine with Asian influences. The ette cafe will offer Onyx gourmet coffee and Italian pastries.
On the sixth floor rooftop, Japanese concept LIPA will provide zero-alcohol beverages by Jarl de Vries alongside Asian cuisine.
Other amenities at the hotel include a pool, a spa with Serenity Cove, luxury gym Vitality outfitted by Technogym and PENT Fitness, an open-concept Laundry Museum, as well as 1000 square-feet of space for events and meetings.

ette hotel Orlando will start taking reservations beginning May 2022.
