Italy: Luxury hotel group Evok Collection will enter the Italian capital with the opening of the Brach Roma hotel in the first quarter of 2027.
Located within the historic centre of Rome, the hotel will be close to the Tiber River and within 100 metres of Piazza del Popolo.
Brach Roma will be housed in a former school building that is currently being transformed into a five-star luxury hotel. The 5,000-square-metre property is being developed by Zaka Investments on behalf of Evok Collection, with design overseen by Philippe Starck.
The hotel will feature 60 guest rooms and suites, many with private terraces, alongside a rooftop venue, restaurant, Italian bar, concierge service and a sport and wellness club with a 25-metre swimming pool. It will become the third Brach hotel, following openings in Paris and Madrid.
