Facilities include two heated pools, a pool bar hosting performances from guest DJs, a spa, the Zeffirino restaurant serving Italian fine dining, Trattoria Belloni with a menu of classic Italian dishes, and the Blu Pool Bar serving sushi and cocktails.

As part of the entertainment and programming at the resort, dinner parties will be held in partnership with Elite Model Management London, and Magnum Photos will hold immersive workshops with its photographers.

Manolis Papadakis, general manager and director of hospitality division at Radisson Blu Saffron Resort, said: “With Zaffron, our goal is to showcase our sui generis approach to hospitality in a way that’s respectful to the island’s heritage. At the same time, we want to introduce a new concept where our guests’ experience is enriched and elevated through international brand partnerships and a variety of exclusive events.”
