Four Tel Aviv properties to be managed by Brown Hotels

Israel: Brown Hotels has added four Tel Aviv properties to its portfolio, and will rebrand and manage all of them as previously handled by the Zvieli Group

Brown will convert The Townhouse Hotel and the adjacent Townhouse Apartments into a 36-room hotel. Both properties are located on Rothschild Boulevard.

The De La Mer Hotel on Hayarkon Street will also be transformed into a new wing of the Brown Beach House hotel, whereas the Olympia Hotel will be re-launched following a full renovation.

In the future, Brown plans to convert these properties into residential accommodation, at which point they will be returned to the Zvieli Group which is shifting its focus to real estate development.

The project will be overseen by Shlomi Tahan, former COO of the Isrotel chain.

The company expects to retain all existing employees at each of the properties.

Brown Hotels currently has eight hotels in operation across Israel and Croatia. Over the coming year, it will add six more to the portfolio (all based in Israel) along with additional properties across Greece, Germany, and the UK by 2023.

Founded in 2010, Brown Hotels’ collection now includes the Brown TLV, Brown Beach House, The Poli House, The Dave Tel Aviv, Villa Brown Jerusalem, Villa Ba’Moshava also in Jerusalem, and Brown Beach House Croatia in Trogir.
