Italy: Luxury hotel Grand Universe Lucca, located in Tuscany, is set to extend its inventory with the launch of 10 suites and residences on 1 June 2023.
The Grand Universe La Residenza is housed in the three-storey “Palazzo Mansi on Carrara Street” – a property which once belong to the Mansi family of silk merchants in the sixteenth century.
Accommodation types include junior suites, one and two-bedroom suites, as well as one and two-bedroom residences. The residences come with kitchens and almost all rooms feature living areas. Amenities include a Nespresso machine, flat screen TV, bluetooth speaker, and Molton Brown bath products.
Guests of Grand Universe La Residenza will receive exclusive access to The Majordomo – the butler of La Residenza – as well as two board rooms for meetings and events.
Grand Universe La Residenza is jointly owned by the Marcucci Group and Shaner Italia, and operated by Shaner Ciocco. Both are divisions of Shaner Corporation, a developer, owner and operator with 67 properties open in four countries.
