Hospitality tech company to operate Hotel Brexton

US: Jurny, an SaaS-based management solution, has announced an agreement to operate Baltimore’s Hotel Brexton following expansions into Tel Aviv, London and Panama.

Jurny will integrate its technology into the 25-unit hotel, which is located in Mount Vernon District, to seamlessly manage the property.

Contactless services include check in and check out for both guests and owners, as well as other smart home technologies. For example, guests can book units and manage their entire stay through the Jurny app, including virtual customer support, keyless entry, and temperature control.

During the pandemic, Jurny reported a 200 per cent growth with occupancy rates at double the industry standard amidst peak hotel closures.

The company now operates more than 500 unites across major US and international cities including Miami, Nashville, London and Tel Aviv.
