USA: Kasa, a flexible accommodation brand, will open The Duffy Times Square later this month.

The 22-room hotel will be a tech-enabled accommodation operated. Guests will have access to check in, check out, and other amenities through digital channels supported by Kasa’s technology. Also, 24/7 call/text support will be available.

Housed in the former 414 Hotel at 414 46th street Manhattan, the remodelled Duffy Times Square hotel occupies two townhouses separated by a private outdoor courtyard.

The opening marks the first hotel location in New York City for Kasa. In February 2021, Kasa partnered with Postcard Properties to manage the Castro Hotel in San Francisco.

Kasa was founded in 2016 in San Francisco. The team includes technology, hospitality, and real estate professionals. Kasa partners with property owners to transform multifamily and boutique properties into fully managed units.
