South Korea: LOTTE Hotels & Resorts has opened the first luxury hotel in Busan since 2013, the SIGNIEL BUSAN hotel.
The hotel comprises 260 rooms with balconies and is located within the LCT Tower overlooking Haeundae beach. It is the second SIGNIEL hotel of LOTTE’s portfolio.
On the sixth floor, a fitness room and spa features leisure entertainment spaces with an outdoor swimming pool, an infinity pool, private pool cabana, and fireplace seating area.
The spa programme is presented by New York’s cosmetics brand Chantecaille, and marks the first of its kind in Korea.
The hotel’s guest lounge Salon de SIGNIEL is situated on the eighth floor. Other facilities include a kings lounge and outdoor activity garden.
Michelin three-starred chef Bruno Menard will oversee the F&B offering in The Lounge and Pastry Salon, as well as the premium all-day dining venue The View.
The Modern Chinese Tapas & Bar Chao Lan offers dim sum and tea during the day and cocktails in the evening, with menus by Lee Che Liang, an executive chef at a Michelin Star restaurant in the UK.
LOTTE Hotels & Resorts manages 30 properties under five brands: SIGNIEL, LOTTE Hotels, LOTTE City Hotels, L7 Hotels, and LOTTE Resorts.
