Montenegro: Nammos Hotels & Resorts has signed a deal with developer Smokva Bay to open a hotel and residences in on Montenegro’s Budva Riviera.
Set to open in 2029, the resort will become the brand’s first project in the Adriatic.
It will feature 117 keys including 47 hotel suites, 61 branded residences and nine branded villas.
Dining venues include the Nammos Restaurant, set to open in 2026 with a pop-up experience on the nearby island of Sveti Stefan. Additional F&B venues include the all-day dining restaurant Nalu, cocktail bar Ilios Lounge, and a rooftop pool bar.
Other amenities include a spa, gym, swimming pools, private dining venues, and exclusive beachfront amenities.
