The Manor On Golden Pond, a boutique hotel in New Hampshire, has introduced a personal activities concierge service, with the aim of enhancing the guest experience.

Proprietors Brian and Mary Ellen Shields said: “Travellers are realising that the choice is about more than just where to go, it’s about what type of vacation they want. We’re creating a new type of traveling experience where we provide a destination.”

Guests are contacted before arrival to pre-arrange activities, dining arrangements, transportation, special arrangements and to provide an overview of what the region has to offer.

“In a fraction of the time it would normally take, guests can create and book their dream vacation, that fits their needs and personal preferences, no matter the season,” said Brian Shields.

The Manor can offer a wide range of activities, including tennis, croquet, a ride on the Mount Washington Cog Railway, kayaking, hot air balloon rides, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, snowshoeing, and cross country and downhill skiing.
