Montenegro: Nikki Beach, a family owned and operated luxury lifestyle and hospitality brand, has announced the opening of Nikki Beach Montenegro in summer 2020.
Located in Budva on the Bay of Tivat, Nikki Beach Montenegro is a 45-room boutique resort, gym and luxury spa, with a 250-person capacity restaurant and beach club.
The brand’s six elements of music, dining, entertainment, fashion, film and art will be highlighted throughout the space and design of the property.
The restaurant will serve a globally inspired menu and will include items such as seafood platters, sushi boats, and salads.
An in-house saxophonist, among other resident DJs and musicians, will provide entertainment for guests.
CEO of Nikki Beach Global, Lucia Penrod, said: “We’re very excited to bring our global brand to a new country. Montenegro’s beautiful coastline and scenic mountain ranges will greatly appeal to our loyal brand followers as they travel the world every summer season.”
The second project in the area, Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Montenegro, is slated to open within two to three years, and will house 150 rooms suites, 20 luxury villas, three private beaches, a jetty, Nikki Spa, Tone Gym, and five restaurants.
Alexander Schneider, president of the Global Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts division, said: “Nikki Beach Montenegro, the restaurant and beach club, will bring an unprecedented level of entertainment, culinary delights and energy to Montenegro this spring. The adjacent Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Montenegro will combine the best of both worlds, a luxury boutique hotel offering the perfect backdrop to unwind and pamper yourself with the spirit of Nikki Beach.”
Nikki Beach is expanding in the luxury lifestyle industry, and is said to open in new locations in the next five years. The Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Sri Lanka is one project that is currently under construction.
To date, the brand has 13 beach clubs around the world and four hotels and resorts.
