US: Southern California-based will manage Hotel Winters, a 73-key boutique hotel set to open in Winters, Northern Califirnia.
The property is in downtown Winters, 25 miles from Sacramento, and is due to open on Memorial Day weekend in late May.
OLS Hotels manages luxury hotels from boutique to branded, provides hospitality management services including sales and revenue management, human resources, guest services training and consultation on hotel furnishings.
The company’s portfolio includes managing nine hotels in California, four in Hawaii and seven in other parts of the United States. Hotel Winters will be the company’s first operation in Northern California outside of the immediate San Francisco area.
Hotel Winters will feature two F&B outlets, a rooftop bar and lounge, a courtyard, fitness centre, spa and 5,200 square feet of event space.
