Switzerland: The five-star Park Gstaad is currently undergoing a refurbishment and will reopen under management of Four Seasons in 2026.
Owned by philanthropist, investor and sportswoman Dona Bertarelli, the property is undergoing a full-scale refurbishment led by Squircle Capital in partnership with interior designer Joseph Dirand.
When complete, it will offer 75 rooms and suites including a collection of luxury penthouse residences that will be available for purchase. Amenities include various restaurant and bar concepts, a spa and fitness centre with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as meetings and event space, a tennis court, ski and bike services, Kids For All Seasons facilities, and an ice rink during winter.Â
The property is anticipated to reopen in time for the 2026-2027 winter season.
