South Africa: The 300-room hotel, located in South Africa’s City Bowl District, will be managed by Newmark Hotels, Reserves, Lodges and Residences.
Once completed, the hotel will offer all-day dining, a coffee bar, deli, a bike room, conference facility, resident DJ, and a fully-equipped gym. Its on-site spa will provide restorative treatments and experiences.
The hotel’s rooftop pool will also provide views of Table Mountain.

We wanted to bring contemporary city living and amenities to guests without them having to leave the hotel.
