UK: UMusic Hospitality & Lifestyle (UMHL), developed in partnership with Universal Music Group, has partnered with immersive entertainment district Outernet London to launch a hotel and curate experiential programming.
Through the partnership, UMHL will open and operate UMusic Hotel Denmark Street, set to open in Q4 2026. It marks the brand’s first hotel in the UK and its second in Europe, following the opening of UMusic Hotel Madrid in 2022.
UMHL will also lead on a range of music focused experiences across the district, including food and beverage concepts and lounge spaces, as well as The Lower Third, Outernet’s grassroots live music venue on Denmark Street. UMHL will now lead programming and operations for the venue in coordination with Universal Music Group’s global network of artists, labels, and creative partners.

In August 2026, the luxury boutique hotel Chateau Denmark, housed across 16 buildings on Denmark Street, closed after four years in operation.
