Valor Hospitality to open Somerset Hills Hotel early 2020

US: A Tapestry Collection by Hilton property, the new hotel will double as a premier wedding and corporate events venue.

Located in the centre of Warren in New Jersey, Somerset Hills has undergone a $22 million renovation and is slated to open January 2020.

The 118 guest rooms will include a 55″ television, a personalised pillow menu, Beekman bath amenities, and many will feature a veranda.

Offering more than 5,100 square-feet of flexible indoor meeting space, options include the Lafayette Ballroom, the Crossroads event room, and Lighthouse boardroom.

Other amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool and sundeck, as well as a 24-hour fitness centre with Peloton bikes.

The hotel will also be home to TAP Gastropub, a chef-driven European-style restaurant. It is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and serves locally curated cocktails alongside 20 craft beers.
