UK: LEVEN Manchester, a 42-key lifestyle hotel, is set to open for a soft launch in October 2021 as the first property from Wellbrook Hospitality.
Located on the corner of Chorlton Street and Canal Street, LEVEN Manchester is housed in a a 20th century warehouse.
Rooms come in a variety of sizes: Life Size (standard), Living Space (one bedroom suite), Living Large (one bedroom duplex penthouse suite), and Living The Dream (two bedroom duplex penthouse suite).
Some rooms will feature high ceilings, exposed brickwork, and stand-alone bathtubs. Others provide full kitchens. All the rooms will have bespoke furniture, 100 per cent natural mattresses by Naturalmat, and Grown Alchemist bathroom amenities.
The Lobby and Lounge at LEVEN Manchester will serve breakfast pastries and a day-to-night snacking menu. It will also offer coffee in collaboration with Origin as well as house-made cocktails. Local DJs will provide entertainment in the evenings.
Phase two of LEVEN Manchester will see the launch of a cocktail bar and restaurant space on the ground and basement levels.

Senior and his brother Joshua, along with their investment vehicle Branco Capital, joined forces with Wellbrook Hospitality to develop the LEVEN brand.
Wellbrook Hospitality was founded by Griffin, PJ Kenny and Shanthan Balakrishnan in 2020. All three previously worked at Ennismore.
