US: Construction crews are making good progress on two new hotels.
Developers broke ground on the Westin and Moxy hotels, the $90 million dollar project in downtown Louisville in November 2017.
The Westin, dubbed ‘Hotel Distil’, is a more traditional hotel, with 220 guest rooms, a restaurant and ballroom.
The Moxy is a smaller, boutique hotel with 110 rooms.
Both hotels will share one building behind historic facades on the half-acre site, but each will have separate entrances.
Planned amenities include a three-meal restaurant on the Main Street side that will seat about 150 people, a lobby and lounge bar on Washington Street and fitness centers. Rooftop bars are planned for both Main and Washington Streets.
Both hotels are expected to open later this year.
