Worldwide: Hospitality brand YOTEL has revealed four global openings in 2024, including the debut of its aparthotel product in Europe.
YOTEL will kickstart the year with a February opening in the Lake Geneva area. It will feature 237 rooms, a multi-use entertainment, meeting, and co-working area called HVGGE, as well as a 24/7 indoor and outdoor Danish-inspired restaurant, bar, and café.
In May 2024, YOTELPAD London Stratford will mark the brand’s seventh property in the UK and the first aparthotel in the European portfolio. It will include 62 PADs, each offering multi-functional live, work and sleep areas, bathrooms, and kitchenettes.
Additional facilities will include YOTEL’s Mission Control check-in area, Grab & Go snack station, as well as a retail space.
The property will be available for stays ranging from one-night to monthly, with a range in size and layout options available.
In the latter half of 2024, two additional locations in Bangkok and Tokyo are scheduled to launch.
YOTEL Bangkok will open in Cloud 11 – ground-up, mixed-use development with a rooftop park. The 250 room hotel will offer a co-working space, a 24-hour fitness centre, Grab & Go snack station, two meeting hubs and a restaurant and sky bar on the 22nd floor overlooking Bang Krachao.
The 244-room YOTEL Tokyo is set to include the brand’s robotic concierge, a 24/7 fitness centre, a Grab & Go station and meeting space. The opening is set to be a springboard for YOTEL’s wider strategy to expand across key cities in Japan including Sapporo, Yokohama, Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka and Kobe.
