Switzerland: Global hospitality brand YOTEL will open YOTEL Geneva Lake in Q4 2022.
YOTEL Geneva Lake will account for 237 rooms and offer the group’s signature technology and design features. For example, each room will include YOTEL’s adjustable SmartBed, sensory mood lighting, and features to connect mobile devices to Smart TVs.
Amenities at the property include a fitness centre where memberships will be available to residents and workers in the area. Check-in will be available through self-service stations or the YOTEL app, and mobile devices can be used as SmartKeys.
Developed by food and beverage operators Caviar House Airport Premium – Switzerland, HYGGE will be an entertainment, meeting, and co-working destination. It will feature a 24/7 indoor and outdoor Danish-inspired restaurant, bar, and café, meeting facilities and over 2,000 square-metres of co-working space.

YOTEL Geneva Lake is owned by Conamo SA and asset managed by Stoneweg SA. The architects for the projects are ris + partenaires, and Creneau International has been appointed as the interior designer for the hotel’s public spaces.
