Andaz Liverpool Street launches Hyatt for Her service for female guests

UK: Hyatt’s lifestyle brand introduces a service tailored to female business and leisure guests.

The Hyatt For Her service has been launched after an 18-month research period and has been “tailored in line with the Andaz brand’s key ethos of offering guests as personalised an experience as possible throughout their stay, at no additional cost”. 

Hyatt says female guests can expect the following as standard:
• A female host to welcome the female guest on arrival and to ensure she feels as comfortable and secure as possible.
• All allocated rooms are serviced and inspected by female housekeepers with a personal welcome card from this housekeeper left as a contact to introduce herself for any further assistance or special cleaning requests.
• Female guests are allocated rooms near the hotel’s lifts and staircases and not in the far end corners of the hotel.
• A courtesy call is made by a female host once the female traveller has settled in her room to check if she needs any other assistance. If something is requested, the female guest can ask for the item to be left by the door of her room or a female member of the team will be assigned to deliver it personally.
• Lighted makeup mirror, more powerful hair dryers, and smaller bathrobes and slippers provided.
• Toni & Guy hair straighteners and curling tongs are also available on request. • Enhanced room lighting.
• Rooms allocated to female travellers have been carefully selected to provide additional closet space.
